Set inside in a sleek, modern booth featuring our distinctive black and white branding, wheels from our Prestige Range were beautifully displayed alongside a selection of some of our well-loved classic designs. Visitors at the show were particularly excited to experience the debut of our latest products, the INOVOT Velocity and INOVIT Rotor.
Our exhibit generated a considerable amount of interest among leading figures of the automotive industry as well as auto-enthusiasts, keen to find out more about the latest methods and techniques in wheel technology from our knowledgeable INOVIT team of representatives. We are pleased to report we were able to secure a number of new deals not only within the Italian market but also with businesses around the world.
With each auto show exhibition, we’ve felt our presence in the aftermarket wheel industry grow. As we establish ourselves as market leaders, with originality and creativity at the forefront of our agenda, we’re confident that our designs will not only redefine standards of wheel production for our generation but also prove fundamental to the evolution of the industry in the future.
The Autopromotec has steadily grown over the past few years to become one of the most important events in the aftermarket industry calendar. This year, the show featured a total of 1,587 exhibits, over 40% of which were from oversees, making the Bologna event a truly international affair. Covering a total of 157,000m2, the exhibition also hosted the AutopromotecEdu meetings, devised to encourage debate, collaboration and networking within the sector.
We’re already looking forward to taking part in the next show planned for 2017, where we intend to make an even bigger impact than ever before.
]]>As sponsors of the CDF drift team in China as well, we understand the skill and intense dedication required to achieve success in this unique and exhilarating motorsport. Not only will our newfound relationship with the team increase exposure for our brand, but will also help establish INOVIT as a key player in the world of drifting.
Developed in Japan during the 1970s and 80s, drifting eventually gained universal popularity, resulting in championships being organized in cities across the globe. The drifting technique involves over steering to cause a loss of traction, while remaining in control during a turn. As the L2D team states ‘Drifting is the art of controlling an out of control car’. From the audience’s point of view, the billowing smoke, blaring engine noise, extreme speed and risky maneuvers make for an incredibly dramatic, highly intense spectacle.
The L2D team was formed in 2011 and since then has steadily gained traction in Britain’s drifting scene, playing a major role in introducing new fans to the adrenaline-charged motorsport. After all, L2D specializes in offering thrill-seekers the chance to experience the art of drifting for themselves. Each member of the highly experienced L2D team is also an instructor at the Academy, which employs a number of other seasoned drifters who have competed in the BDC among other international competitions.
We’re excited to see how L2D perform at the next British Drift Championships and we hope to continue sponsoring them, as well as other drift teams around the world for many seasons to come!
